JAMAICA part I
Back from an odd, short & very exciting trip from Jamaïca with a lot of pics, sounds & a big smile on my face... I've met there great talents, Courntey John is one of them, a falsetto voice, the man sings on old Pecking riddims, I really hope I'll have a collab with him on the next Blundetto thing.
Courtney John "Lucky Man"
Music is everywhere in Jamaïca, in the streets, the shops, and every cars you get in... I discover this old Sizzla Kalonji in a cab, playing perfectly loud a Dj Kelly mixtape. Killer Hit !!!
Sizzla "I know you love me baby"
I know it's kind of a cliché, but classics mean something different in that kinda place. Even a burned track sounds tight !
Bob Marley and the Wailers "Sun Is Shining"
Boris Gardiner "Ain't No Sunshine"
More to come soon.
